St. Louis University has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will take on the Chaminade Red Devils at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. St. Louis University will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings (they are ranked 288th, while Chaminade is ranked 29th).
Last Saturday, St. Louis University came up short against Rockhurst and fell 62-52.
Meanwhile, Chaminade's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their sixth straight loss. They took a 63-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of Millard North.
St. Louis University's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Chaminade, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.
St. Louis University took a serious blow against Chaminade when the teams last played back in December of 2023, falling 68-29. Can St. Louis University avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
