It was a good run, but Zion Christian Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their nine-game winning streak on Friday. They lost 4-0 to the Franklin Christian Academy Falcons. Zion Christian Academy were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Franklin Christian Academy earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Zion Christian Academy's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 9-2-2. As for Franklin Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 10-6-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Zion Christian Academy will take on Lawrence County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Franklin Christian Academy, they will challenge Middle Tennessee F at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Middle Tennessee F will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Franklin Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
