They claimed a resounding 43-3 victory over Desert Mirage on the road. The result was nothing new for Yucca Valley, who have now won four matchups by 24 points or more so far this season.
Yucca Valley's victory was their third straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 6-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 44.7 points per game. As for Desert Mirage, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Yucca Valley will take on Twentynine Palms at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Twentynine Palms is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak. As for Desert Mirage, they will be playing at home against Banning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Banning comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 12 points in their last five games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
