Edgewood extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Kelianys Rosario-Aguilar. The Mustangs came out on top against the South Putnam Eagles by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday thanks in part to Rosario-Aguilar, who had 23 digs and four aces. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 10.3 digs per game.

Edgewood was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 20-25, 25-9, 25-22.

Edgewood was led to victory by Cora Emmons and Reyanna Dryer. Emmons had 11 digs and one assist, while Dryer had seven digs and two assists. That's the most digs Emmons has posted since back in August.

South Putnam's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Lilah Holderfield, who had 16 digs and five assists, and Madison Carpenter, who had 12 digs. Holderfield is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last nine games she's played.

Edgewood's victory bumped their record up to 15-11. As for South Putnam, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-17.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Edgewood will challenge North Putnam at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Putnam, they will square off against Brown County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
