The Windermere Wolverines will face off against the Lake Minneola Hawks at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

Meanwhile, Lake Minneola came into Thursday's match having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They put the hurt on Lake Buena Vista with a sharp 14-3 win on Thursday. The Hawks not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since March 24th (when they won 15-4).
Amaliz Martinez was a standout: she went 3-for-5 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Another player making a difference was Kaydence Schutte, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Lake Minneola's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Windermere hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .375. It's a different story for Lake Minneola, though, as they've only averaged .259. Will they be able to contain Windermere's hitters?
