PACT Charter might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 74-54 to Roosevelt, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. PACT Charter has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Roosevelt's win on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Steven Hunter, who scored 21 points along with six assists. Those 21 points set a new season-high mark for him. Calvin Peterson was another key contributor, scoring 21 points along with five rebounds.
PACT Charter's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Roosevelt, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.
PACT Charter will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on West Lutheran at 7:30 p.m. on January 9th. Roosevelt and Minneapolis South will face off at 7:00 p.m. on January 3rd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Minneapolis South has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 577 points over their last seven games.
