  Avery Freeman had a dynamite game for Bloomington North,  getting 17  digs and five  aces. Freeman is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had seven or more in the last six games she's  played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ava Moore, who  had eight  digs and two  aces.
 Moore wasn't the only one working in the  aces department: Bloomington North  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 16  aces. That's the most  aces they've posted since  back in August of 2023.
 Bloomington North now  has a winning record of 5-4. As for Terre Haute North Vigo, they dropped their record down to 6-6 with that  loss, which was their third straight  at home.
 Bloomington North will welcome Bedford North Lawrence  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Bloomington North is facing Bedford North Lawrence at the right time seeing as Bedford North Lawrence is stuck on  a  four-game losing streak. As for Terre Haute North Vigo, they will square off against Mooresville at 7:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
