After only 13 points in their last contest, Lutheran North made sure to put some points up on the board against the Lions on Tuesday. Everything went Lutheran North's way against the Lions as the Lions made off with a 61-35 win.
Meanwhile, First Baptist Christian scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Faith West Academy 50-12 at home. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win First Baptist Christian has managed all season.
Lutheran North's victory bumped their record up to 4-10. As for First Baptist Christian, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-10.
Everything came up roses for Lutheran North against the Warriors in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 as the team secured a 61-29 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lutheran North since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
