A Season-Best Effort from Grayson Doslak Leads Los Gatos over Palo Alto
On Friday, Los Gatos got the W thanks in part to Grayson Doslak playing the best football he has all season. Doslak rushed for 137 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
For the year, Doslak has run in 12 touchdowns while averaging 65.9 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 0.5 rushing yards per game.

Wilcox Wins Sixth-Straight Thanks to Brayden Rosa
Brayden Rosa's big game helped extend Wilcox's winning streak to six on Friday. Rosa's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 105 rushing yards. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.
Wilcox's win bumped their record up to 8-2. Rosa and Wilcox will face off against Santa Teresa at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Los Gatos Gets a Boost from Brennan in 44-6 Victory
The second Los Gatos player making an appearance here is Scotty Brennan, and for good reason. He threw for 155 yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 31 yards and a touchdown.
On the year, Brennan has thrown 7 touchdowns while averaging 112.6 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging two rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 20.1 rushing yards.

Ama Came Up Big in Menlo-Atherton's 30-21 Defeat
Menlo-Atherton was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Evaimalo Ama did his best to prevent it. Ama was dynamite, rushing for 104 yards on only ten carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 61 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Ama is probably looking forward to his next game, a road matchup against Monterey on Friday. Back in September (the last time Ama saw the Dores), he rushed for 69 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 77 receiving yards.
