While the Sartans didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Golden Eagles 15-8 in the first quarter.
St. Pius X now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Del Norte, their record is now 1-5.
Del Norte didn't have too much breathing room in their game against St. Pius X in their previous meeting back in December of 2019, but they still walked away with a 31-27 win.
