7A District 12 recap Sept. 26, 2012
Martin County was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fourth to second in 7A District 12. The Tigers beat Clewiston 35-0 earlier in the week.
Martin County moved up to 260 from 303 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Chuck Kenyon's team was able to make the jump by beating the Tigers 35-0.
Port St. Lucie's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Jaguars feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. DJ (Dikingson) Juste has thrown for 112 yards this season, while Dakota Meizinger has three catches for 64 yards. Juste also leads the league in rushing with 112 yards.
The Tigers took down Clewiston 35-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
