The Mountainside Wolves lost against the Madison Highland Prep Heat on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Mountainside ended up on the wrong side of a tough 48-25 walloping at the hands of Madison Highland Prep. Mountainside has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Madison Highland Prep found their leader in underclassman Cade Carlstrom, who scored 26 points along with 3 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Corey Osborn, who scored 7 points along with 3 steals.
Mountainside now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Madison Highland Prep, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mountainside will take on Highland Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Madison Highland Prep, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against River Valley at 7:00 p.m.
