Baseball Recap: Savannah Country Day Takes a Loss

Savannah Country Day was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Swainsboro Tigers.

Gabe Mckinney made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Savannah Country Day's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Swainsboro, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-3.

While Savannah Country Day had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
