After only two runs in their last match, Richmond made sure to put some runs up on the board against Croswell-Lexington on Friday. The Blue Devils were the clear victors by a 14-3 margin over the Pioneers. The result was nothing new for the Blue Devils, who have now won 11 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Richmond has been performing well recently as they've won 14 of their last 18 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.4 runs over those games. As for Croswell-Lexington, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-10.
