Leading Heritage Preparatory to victory were Mazie Ruth Thomas and Lila Strange. Thomas had 17 points and four steals, while Strange dropped a double-double with 12 points and ten boards. The dominant performance also gave Strange a new career-high in assists (five).
Fulton Science Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 56-29 loss against Atlanta Classical Academy on the 14th. As for Heritage Preparatory, they have also already played their next game, a 40-20 victory against The Stonehaven School on the 18th.
