After losing to Tri-Valley the last time they met, Wilder decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Wilder were able to grind out a solid victory over Tri-Valley on Friday, winning 40-28. The success made it back-to-back wins for Wilder.
Wilder's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 26 points in the first half. Tri-Valley came up with 22 to make it 26-22 heading into the break. The other side of the ball was dominant for Wilder in the second half, holding Tri-Valley to a measly 6 points. The win bumped Wilder's record up to 2-0. The loss dropped Tri-Valley back to even at 1-1.
Wilder will stay at home next week against Council at 7:00 PM. Tri-Valley looks to establish their home field advantage as they take on Idaho City at 7:00 PM.
