Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Souderton). They breezed past the Bensalem Fighting Owls to the tune of 56-13 on Friday. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Fighting Owls recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Souderton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ben Walsh, who threw for 286 yards and three TDs while completing 81% of his passes. That's the most passing yards Walsh has posted since back in October of 2024. Hunter Smeltz was another key receiver, picking up 143 receiving yards and one score.
Souderton was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 240 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 240 rushing yards in three consecutive games.
