Avon added to the longest winning streak in Great Plains (9 Man) this week by beating Gayville-Volin, 47-6. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.
The Raiders fell to Avon 47-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Colome's Terrance Kinzer and Lane Fawcett have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-1 quarterback Kinzer has thrown for 323 yards this season, while Fawcett has 8 catches for 159 yards. Turner Serr from South Central co-op [Bonesteel-Fairfax/Burke] leads the league in rushing with 759 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Andes Central takes on Gregory. The Eagles are currently in sixth, while the Gorillas are in second.
The Cowboys led Great Plains (9 Man) in scoring this week by notching 68 points on Edgemont.
