Wells Ganey Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Starting off the list is Ariton's Wells Ganey, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Ganey rushed for 160 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (103.8) per game. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September.
Ariton now has a winning record of 6-5. Ganey and Ariton will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Clarke County at 7:00 p.m.

Cottonwood picked up their 11th consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to King Campbell. Lanett had no answer to Campbell as he rushed for 113 yards and four touchdowns. Campbell has been hot for a while, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last nine times he's played.
Cottonwood pushed their record up to 11-0 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Campbell and Cottonwood will challenge Goshen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Craig Pittman's Big Game Leads Providence Christian over Horseshoe Bend
Craig Pittman was a major factor in Providence Christian's win over Horseshoe Bend on Friday. Pittman did his part (and then some), throwing for 225 yards and three touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes, and also rushing for 81 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries for the 'W'.
Providence Christian's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-2. Pittman and Providence Christian will square off against Highland Home at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jayden Garrett and Co. Win 11th in a Row
Jayden Garrett's big game helped extend Cottonwood's winning streak to 11 on Friday. Garrett produced his best game of the campaign : he rushed for 73 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 71 receiving yards.
