Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Elsinore Tigers walked away with it. They blew past Brea Olinda, posting a  37-6 victory at home. Elsinore might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won four games by 20  points or more this season.
 Elsinore's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Andrew Irvin, who picked up 62 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Another player making a difference was  Robby Whitlock, who threw for 78 yards and three touchdowns.
 The  victory (which was Elsinore's third in a row) raised their record to 6-6. They've been dominating during the  matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 27 points. As for Brea Olinda, they are  on a four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 5-6.
 Elsinore will head out on the road to face off against Hemet at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Hemet will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive. Brea Olinda does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
