For Lewistown, this counts as revenge for the 57-39 loss Illini West walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.
Lewistown's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Landry Smith, who scored 19 points along with five assists and five steals. Smith has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. Abby Wiegand was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with four steals.
