Patrick Henry Academy relied on the efforts of Laney Futch, who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds and three blocks, and Lillian Lucas, who scored 17 points along with seven steals and six assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Futch has scored all season. Saquoia Sexton was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven rebounds.
Beaufort Academy has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for Patrick Henry Academy, they pushed their record up to 8-7 with that victory, which was their third straight at home.
