The Leyton Warriors lost to the Potter-Dix Coyotes back in December of 2023, but the Leyton Warriors didn't allow the Potter-Dix Coyotes the same satisfaction on Friday. Leyton managed a 53-47 victory over Potter-Dix. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Leyton.
When it comes to explaining why Potter-Dix lost, one person who can't be blamed is Brayden Kasten. Despite the final result, he scored nine points along with ten steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Gasseling, who scored 14 points along with three steals.
Leyton's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-7. As for Potter-Dix, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-5.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Banner County the next time they take the court. Potter-Dix will host Banner County at TBD on Tuesday, while Leyton will host them at TBD on January 23rd.
