Arizona College Prep got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Justice Moore out in front who scored 13 points along with 7 rebounds. Asher Perez was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with 9 rebounds and 3 steals.
Arizona College Prep's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Independence, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.
Arizona College Prep will face off against American Leadership Academy - West Foothills at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Independence, they will be playing at home against La Joya Community at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
