Baseball Recap: Spencer-Van Etten Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Spencer-Van Etten made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Dryden, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Panthers put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 10-2 win on Monday. The Panthers' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

The team relied heavily on Logan Aman, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Deveon Aman, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2.

Spencer-Van Etten's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Dryden, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Coincidentally, Spencer-Van Etten and Dryden will both be playing Charles O. Dickerson the next time they take the field. The Lions will host the Blue Raiders at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Panthers will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
