The Mountain House Mustangs's game on Thursday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They breezed by Tracy on the road to the tune of 78-50. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 39-18.
Mountain House's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ej Campbell, who scored 18 points. The game was Campbell's sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Shamar Jones, who scored 15 points.
Mountain House's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Tracy, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
Mountain House is on the road again on Saturday and play against Northgate at 5:30 p.m. on December 9th. Northgate has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Tracy, they will head out on the road to face off against Manteca at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Manteca will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
