Overland struggled to work together and finished the game with only two assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Eaglecrest's win bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Overland, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-10 record this season.
Eaglecrest will face off against Arapahoe at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Eaglecrest is coming into the matchup with five straight wins on the road, so Arapahoe is out to stop a team with plenty of momentum. Overland is on the road again on Saturday and plays Smoky Hill at 9:00 a.m. on February 17th. Smoky Hill comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 25 points in their last 13 games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
