Northern Lakes recap October 1, 2013
Southview was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from third to first in Northern Lakes. The Cougars vanquished Anthony Wayne 28-7 earlier in the week.
Bowling Green scaled the state rankings by moving to 456 from 511 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Bobcats climbed the ranks as a result of defeating Springfield 29-28.
Zach Graven was the best wideout in the league this week as Maumee bested Northview. Graven tallied 8 receptions for 128 yards. Jeremy Henneman helped Maumee's passing attack out by catching 5 balls for 50 yards.
The top two teams in Northern Lakes will face off this week when first place Southview takes on second place Perrysburg. Southview beat the Generals last week, while Perrysburg defeated Napoleon.
The Wildcats fell to the Panthers 38-14 last week, the largest margin of any game.
