Panthers fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Lobos since  on Thursday.
 Gardena's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Carson, their victory bumped their record up to 17-3-1.
 Carson took their  win against Gardena  in their previous matchup  back in April by a conclusive  29-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Colts since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
