Clinch County was led to victory by Jeremy Bell and Aaron Bryant. Bell gained 89 total yards and three touchdowns, while Bryant rushed for 119 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries. Bryant was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 64 yards.
Clinch County's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 8-1. As for Atkinson County, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-8.
Clinch County will be playing in front of their home fans against Charlton County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Charlton County will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings (they are ranked 314th, while Clinch County is ranked 133rd). As for Atkinson County, they will head out on the road to face off against Lanier County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
