Softball Recap: Red Land Wins Going Away Against West York Area

Red Land was not the first on the board on Friday, but they got there more often. They were the clear victors by a 13-1 margin over the West York Area Bulldogs. The result was nothing new for the Patriots, who have now won four contests by ten runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Red Land and bumps their season record up to 4-2. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for West York Area, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Red Land will head out to challenge Gettysburg at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for West York Area, they will be playing at home against Spring Grove at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
