Shadow Hills scaled the state rankings by moving to 641 from 703 this week, the biggest jump in De Anza. The Knights climbed the ranks as a result of beating Banning 28-14.
Adding to the longest winning streak in the league this week, Yucca Valley beat Indio 39-20. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.
Talo Wilson was the best receiver in the league this week as Twentynine Palms defeated Barstow. Wilson racked up 6 receptions for 124 yards.
On the heels of Bradley Soares and Logan Vallo, Yucca Valley has had great success on offense. Soares is tops in the league in passing with 480 yards, while Vallo has rushed for 613 yards this season. The Wildcats' Wilson leads the league in receiving yards with 220 on 11 catches.
Desert Mirage lost to Cathedral City 69-7 last week, the largest margin of any game. Oscar Soto ran for 104 yards in the loss.
