Rochester won the last time they faced St. Joseph and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Rams walked away with an 8-3 victory over the Spartans. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rams.
Jett Williams made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. Williams was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one run, one double, and one RBI. That double was his first of the season.
In other batting news, Braeden Siget was incredible, going 1-for-2 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Cameron Janectic also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen bases of the season.
