The Westinghouse Bulldogs lost against the Taylor Allderdice Dragons back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Westinghouse had to suffer through a rough 100-21 loss at the hands of Taylor Allderdice. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Westinghouse has scored all season.
Logan Golle was his usual excellent self, scoring 26 points along with seven rebounds and six assists for Taylor Allderdice. Golle has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Major Rainey, who scored 16 points along with three steals and two blocks.
Westinghouse's defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-5. As for Taylor Allderdice, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westinghouse will take on Carrick at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Taylor Allderdice, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against McDowell at 7:00 p.m. McDowell is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
