Vanessa McManus continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 7 for 9 from beyond the arc en route to 33 points and 3 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Johlana Tatum was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven steals and five rebounds.

The team also got some help courtesy of Angela Hector, who scored eight points along with 14 rebounds.
Even though they lost, Central smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 24 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Nazareth now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Central, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.
Nazareth won't have much time to rest: their next game is against St. Joseph Hill Academy at 4:00 p.m. on January 14th. One thing working in St. Joseph Hill Academy's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three matches. As for Central, Central and Holy Cross will face off at 12:00 p.m. on January 14th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Hopefully Holy Cross focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up eight on Sunday.
