Archbishop McCarthy dropped down to No. 13 following its district championship game loss to American Heritage. The Mavericks have a previous win over American Heritage as well.
American Heritage is one of seven new teams to the rankings, joining Butler (Vandalia, Ohio), Bolles (Jacksonville, Fla.), Sparkman (Harvest, Ala.), Brother Rice (Chicago), Buford (Ga.) and Westside (Houston).

1. (last week 1) Lake Travis (Austin, Texas), 24-1-1
The Cavaliers head into the final week of the season with two more wins after beating Westlake (Austin) 9-3 and Bowie (Austin) 7-2.
Jacob Wyeth went 2-for-3 with three RBIs against Westlake while
Tanner Looney was 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI against Bowie.
2. (2) Deer Park (Texas), 26-0
The Deer shut down two more district opponents last week, holding North Shore (Houston) to a single run in a 4-1 win and blanking Channelview 6-0.
Cameron Thompson went the distance for the win against North Shore and went 2-for-3 with a double against Channelview.
3. (4) Coppell (Texas), 25-1
The Cowboys rebounded nicely from their only loss of the season by taking two from Heritage (Colleyville) 6-1 and 2-0 and one from Frisco Wakeland 8-3.
John Kodros struck out 10 and
Ben Kelly hit a home run in the 6-1 win while
Ray Gaither struck out 11 in the shutout win and also hit a triple.
4. (6) Buchanan (Clovis, Calif.), 21-1
The Bears head into the six toughest games of the season with a pair of wins last week over Clovis East.
Hunter Reinke upped his record to 7-0 by striking out five in a complete-game 4-0 victory while
Grant Gambrell put his record at 8-0 with a five-strikeout one-hitter in a 6-0 win. The Bears have two games each against Clovis West, Clovis and Clovis North coming up.
5. (7) Stoneman Douglas (Parkland, Fla.), 22-2
The Eagles captured their district championship with a 4-3 win over Coral Springs.
Brandon Kaminer went the distance, striking out nine, for the win. Stoneman Douglas also topped Monarch 2-1 in the first game of the district tournament.
6. (8) Rockledge (Fla.), 26-1
The Raiders got strong pitching to win their district championship over Merritt Island, 2-1. Rockledge also topped Bayside (Palm Bay) 4-1 in the first game of the tournament. Rockledge will meet Suncoast in the first round of the state playoffs.
7. (9) Canterbury (Fort Myers, Fla.), 27-1
Canterbury easily won the district championship, outscoring opponents 27-1 in three games. The Cougars topped Marco Island Academy 7-1 in the first round and then beat Southwest Florida Christian (Fort Myers) 10-0 in the semifinals and Evangelical Christian (Fort Myers) 10-0 in the final.
8. (10) Blessed Trinity (Roswell, Ga.), 25-1
The Titans won three times last week, beating Cedar Grove (Ellenwood) 11-4, Jackson (Atlanta) 6-0 and Westminster (Atlanta) 9-3.
9. (11) St. Thomas Catholic (Houston), 27-0-1
The Eagles won their only game of the week, beating Kelly (Beaumont) 5-2.
Shane Podsednik went 1-for-2 with a double and two RBIs in the win. The Eagles have two big games with Concordia Lutheran this week.
10. (13) North Davidson (Lexington, N.C.), 19-1
The Knights blanked Parkland 16-0 in their only game of the week.

Michael Johnson all combined on a one-hitter.
11. (15) West Orange (Winter Garden, Fla.), 23-2
The Warriors claimed the district championship with a 4-3 win over Olympia (Orlando).
Ethan Jones and
Roberto Guillen both doubled in the win, with Jones driving in two runs.
12. (16) Seven Lakes (Katy, Texas), 22-3
The Spartans downed Strake Jesuit (Houston) 9-8 in district play and also picked up a forfeit win from Katy when it was determined that the Tigers had to forfeit 20 games. Seven Lakes also defeated Cinco Ranch (Katy) 5-4.
13. (3) Archbishop McCarthy (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.), 24-2
The Mavericks saw their chances of winning another state championship take a blow when they fell to American Heritage (Plantation), 5-0 in the district championship. Archbishop McCarthy opens the playoffs on the road at Goleman. The Mavericks also downed Coconut Creek 24-1 in the district tournament opener.
Aj Hendricks had two home runs in the win.
14. (20) South Caldwell (Hudson, N.C.), 20-1
The Spartans won three times, beating Freedom (Morganton) 8-4, Alexander Central (Taylorsville) 5-0 and St. Stephens (Hickory) 4-3. Avery Sisk homered against St. Stephens.
15. (5) Providence (Charlotte, N.C.), 20-2
The Panthers dropped a 2-1 decision to Ardrey Kell in a battle between two of the top programs in Charlotte. Providence then posted two straight shutouts, beating Myers Park 11-0 and Harding University 19-0.
16. (23) University (Orange City, Fla.), 22-3-1
The Titans won the district championship, beating Deland 1-0 in the semifinal and Spruce Creek 7-5 in the championship game.
Logan Allen struck out 12 in seven innings, but University needed a run in the eighth inning to get the win against Deland.
Timothy Dixon hit a grand slam in the bottom of the sixth to lift University in the final.
17. (12) Davis (Calif.), 16-2
The Blue Devils lost their second game of the season, coming up one run short against Sheldon (Sacramento) pitcher Matthew Manning, who is considered a potential high MLB Draft pick. Davis lost 6-5 with Manning getting nine strikeouts. The Blue Devils took two from Grant (Sacramento), 7-1 and 8-3.
18. (24) Johnson (San Antonio), 21-3
The Jaguars won twice last week in district play, beating Madison (San Antonio) 2-1 and Churchill (San Antonio) 7-5.
19. (26) South Dade (Homestead, Fla.), 22-3
The Buccaneers needed extra innings, but they defeated Killian (Miami) 4-3 in eight innings for the district championship. South Dade also beat Southridge 3-0. South Dade takes on Columbus, the defending Class 8A state champion, in the first round of the state playoffs.
20. (28) Vestavia Hills (Ala.), 28-4
The Rebels took two from Mountain Brook to conclude the regular season.
Sonny Potter hit a triple and also struck out nine to get the victory in a 9-0 win. He also hit a home run and
Chris Fisher was 2-for-3 with a double, a triple and three RBIs in a 9-4 win.
21. (14) Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas), 22-4
The Gaels lost to Palo Verde (Las Vegas) 13-7 in conference play to fall a game and a half behind Shadow Ridge in the Sunset Southwest standings. The Gaels picked up a 6-3 win over Bonanza (Las Vegas) with
Brian Coffey striking out 10.
22. (33) Calallen (Corpus Christi, Texas), 20-2
The Wildcats had a pair of close games, but stayed unbeaten in district play. Calallen topped Flour Bluff (Corpus Christi) 3-2 and Victoria East 1-0.
23. (34) Walton (Marietta, Ga.), 22-4
The Raiders had three wins last week, beating Milton 4-1 and Cherokee (Canton) 3-2 and 7-1.
24. (35) Basha (Chandler, Ariz.), 20-4
The Bears won a pair of one-run games, beating Campo Verde (Gilbert) 8-7 and Perry (Gilbert) 3-2.
25. (36) Catholic-B.R. (Baton Rouge, La.), 26-5
The Bears defeated McKinley (Baton Rouge) 14-0 and 12-2 to pick up two wins during the week.

The Bearkats were idle last week and will have four district games this week against Westfield, Spring, Klein Collins and Klein Oak.
27. (30) Cy-Fair (Cypress, Texas), 21-3
Cy-Fair was idle last week, but will be back in action this week against Cypress Falls.
28. (18) Orange Lutheran (Calif.), 16-3
The Lancers went 2-1 in their three-game series with Servite (Anaheim) last week, winning 4-1 and 3-2 and losing 2-1 in nine innings.
Zach Busalacchi went 3-for-3 with two RBIs in the 4-1 win. Orange Lutheran faces JSerra Catholic in a three-game series this week.
29. (38) Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, Calif.), 20-0
The Sea Hawks routed Morningside (Inglewood), winning 21-0 and 17-1.
30. (NR) Butler (Vandalia, Ohio), 15-0
Butler is ranked No. 1 in the Division 1 state rankings by the state coaches association.
31. (42) St. Rita (Chicago), 16-2
St. Rita picked up a key 4-3 win over Providence Catholic (New Lenox) and also defeated St. Ignatius 10-6 and Fenwick 5-4.
32. (44) Malvern Prep (Pa.), 17-1
The Friars claimed three more wins, beating Springside Chestnut Hill Academy 3-2, William Penn Charter 12-7 and Marple Newtown 2-1.
33. (49) Greenup County (Greenup, Ky.), 24-0
The Musketeers knocked off two of West Virginia's top programs, beating Nitro 12-2 and Cabell Midland 12-1. They also beat Spring Valley 9-8 and Beechwood 14-4 to win the Greenup County Tournament.
34. (50) Jackson (Massillon, Ohio), 12-0
Jackson won three times, beating Dublin 12-2, and Lake 10-0 and 4-2.
35. (17) Strake Jesuit (Houston), 20-3-2
The Crusaders dropped a close game to Seven Lakes (Katy), falling 9-8, but they also topped Katy 5-1 for the second time this season.
36. (21) Teurlings Catholic (Lafayette, La.), 28-4
Teurlings Catholic picked up its 12th shutout of the season with a 19-0 win over Opelousas, but the Rebels fell later in the week to small school powerhouse Ouachita Christian (Monroe) 8-5.
37. (22) Westerville Central (Ohio), 15-2
The Warhawks played four times last week, winning three times. Westerville Central beat Westerville North 6-5 and 1-0 and blanked Westerville South 2-0. The Warhawks' only loss was 5-1 to Canal Winchester. Connor Barry went 3-for-3 with a double and an RBI in the 2-0 win.
38. (32) Allatoona (Acworth, Ga.), 23-3
The Buccaneers ended the regular season with a pair of shutout wins and a 6-5 loss to Villa Rica. Allatoona blanked Lithian Springs 10-0 and Villa Rica 4-0.
39. (43) East (Shawnee Mission, Kan.), 10-1
The Lancers topped Northwest (Shawnee Mission) 5-0, but lost to Olathe South 14-13 last week.
40. (45) Staley (Kansas City, Mo.), 20-2
Staley fell to Fort Osage 10-9, but rebounded to beat Raytown 11-0, William Chrisman 14-5 and Oak Park 14-0.
41. (39) Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, Calif.), 17-4
The Mustangs split their games with Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates) last week, winning 8-2 and losing 7-0. Mira Costa also topped Malibu 16-3.
42. (41) JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, Calif.), 16-6
The Lions took two of three from Mater Dei (Santa Ana), winning 7-2 and 9-1 and losing 4-2.
43. (NR) American Heritage (Plantation, Fla.), 18-4
American Heritage defeated Archbishop McCarthy 5-0 to win the district championship.
44. (48) Providence Catholic (New Lenox, Ill.), 15-2
Providence Catholic fell 4-3 to St. Rita (Chicago), but beat De la Salle 6-4, St. Ignatius 7-2 and Fenwick 11-0.
45. (NR) Bolles (Jacksonville, Fla.), 23-3
Bolles has wins over Trinity Christian Academy (Jacksonville) and Providence (Jacksonville).
46. (19) Stillwater (Okla.), 24-4
It was a rough week for the Pioneers, who lost to Choctaw 4-2, Edmond Memorial 7-6 and Southmoore 5-2 at the Edmond Classic. Stillwater also beat Deer Creek 5-4 and Edmond Santa Fe 8-6 during the week.
47. (NR) Brother Rice (Chicago), 17-2
Brother Rice has won 16 games in a row since its last loss.
48. (NR) Westside (Houston), 22-3
The Wolves have won 12 in a row and are tied for first place in District 20-6A.
49. (NR) Sparkman (Harvest, Ala.), 33-7
Sparkman bounced back from two losses to Hazel Green to take three from Bob Jones, 4-3, 3-1 and 3-1.

The Wolves are 19-1 over their last 20 games.
