The Neuse Charter Cougars can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent  match  on Friday. They blew past Hobbton 51-18 on the road. The  win was just what Neuse Charter needed coming off of a  56-26 loss in their prior  matchup.
 Neuse Charter got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Layla Johnson out in front who  dropped  a double-double on 12 points and 13  rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Johnson has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Chloe Kozloff, who  scored 14 points along with five  rebounds and five  steals.
 Despite the loss, Hobbton still got an impressive performance from   Graci Barefoot, who  scored 11 points. Barefoot continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's  played.
 Neuse Charter has  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five matches,  which provided a massive bump to their 10-8 record this season. As for Hobbton, they  still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-11.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Neuse Charter will take on Rosewood at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Hobbton, they will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against Lakewood at 6:00  p.m.
