Everything went their way against the Briarwood Academy Buccaneers on Friday as the Southwest Georgia Academy Warriors made off with  a  43-22 win. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14  matchups by 21  points or more this season.
Southwest Georgia Academy found their leader in sophomore  Charlee Davis, who  shot 64% from the field to rack up 15 points along with six  steals and five  rebounds.  Ella Ashley was another key player,  putting up 14  points and three  steals.
 Southwest Georgia Academy  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 17  offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least eight  offensive rebounds in seven consecutive  contests.
 Briarwood Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Hensley Vann, who  posted four points and eight  boards. Vann is  on a roll when it comes to  rebounds, as she's  now  pulled down eight or more in each of the last five games she's  played.
Southwest Georgia Academy has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 14 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-3 record  this season. Briarwood Academy's loss dropped their record down to 20-8.
 Southwest Georgia Academy has already played their next match,  a  62-32  defeat against Central Fellowship Christian Academy on the 27th. Briarwood Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
