On Thursday Rylee Townsend tossed three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit. The effort marked the fewest hits Townsend has had since back in February. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her third in a row with less than two walks. On the season, she has an ERA of 5.38 over 41.7 innings pitched.
