In what's become a running theme this season, the Kent County Trojans gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. They put the hurt on North Dorchester with a sharp 38-18 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Kent County has posted against North Dorchester since January 16, 2020.
Zoe Angenieux was the offensive standout of the game as she scored 16 points along with eight rebounds. That makes it nine consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Kent County's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kate Cannon, who scored six points.
Kent County's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for North Dorchester, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
Kent County will head out on the road to take on Easton at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. North Dorchester won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Queen Anne's County on January 12th. Queen Anne's County will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
