Basketball Recap: Kate Hohensee Key Part of a Team Effort in Bulldogs Win

In Friday's Canine Competition, Miles came out on top. They took down the Colorado Wolves 46-28 on Friday. The Bulldogs pushed the score to 37-17 by the end of the third, a deficit the Wolves cut but never quite recovered from.

Miles' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kate Hohensee led the charge by going 5 of 9 en route to 11 points. The dominant performance gave Hohensee a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Kendyl Riddle, who posted eight points and seven rebounds.

Miles smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in three consecutive matchups.
