Skyview was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight  loss. They lost  14-4 to the Northglenn Norsemen. One positive for the Wolverines, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.
  Dayana Gomez was cooking despite her team's loss,   scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-4. She also put up  an  RBI, which washer first of the season.
 Even though they lost, Skyview  didn't let batters stay on the plate for long and  finished the game with 14  strikeouts. That's the most  strikeouts they've managed all season.
 Skyview's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Northglenn, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Skyview will venture away from home to  challenge Gateway  at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Northglenn, they will be staying on the road  on Tuesday to face off against Prairie View at 5:00  p.m.
