Softball Recap: Beavercreek Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

While Beavercreek's victory against Wayne wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Beavers had just enough and edged out the Warriors 6-4. Winning may never get old, but the Beavers sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Brylee Greene was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two triples and three runs. Those two triples gave her a new career-high.

The win got Beavercreek back to even at 7-7. As for Wayne, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the loss, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Beavercreek is set to challenge their familiar foe Fairmont at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Wayne will take on rival Springfield at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
