Swansea is still undefeated this season after their game against Pelion on Friday, but Pelion came as close as anyone has to beating them. The Tigers came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 28-27 W against the Panthers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Pelion's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tre Jackson, who rushed for 181 yards and one TD. Jai Chuniesingh was another key receiver, picking up 144 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Swansea's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Pelion, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Swansea has already played their next match, a 30-12 win against Barnwell on the 19th. As for Pelion, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 35-14 loss against Mid-Carolina on the 19th.
