 While Oxnard was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-19,  25-22.
 Leilah McDougald paced Oxnard's offense, picking up six kills. McDougald got some help from  Maya Cunningham and her ten assists.  Jessica Camarillo controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
Oxnard has  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-23 record  this season. As for Wiseburn- Da Vinci,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 17-15.
 Oxnard does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wiseburn- Da Vinci, they will take on Bishop Diego at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
