On Thursday Hobart will take on Cordell at 7:00 PM. Cordell will need to watch out since Hobart have now posted big point totals in their last four contests.
Hobart might be getting used to good results now that the team has five wins in a row. Everything went their way against Sayre last Friday as they made off with a 40-13 win. Hobart were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Cordell lost to Frederick, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 6-47.
Hobart's victory lifted them to 5-2 while Cordell's defeat dropped them down to 2-5. We'll find out if Hobart can add another positive mark to their record or if Cordell can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Hobart's step.
