King's Christian Academy can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They blew past The Living Water School 70-44.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead King's Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Diallo Long, who scored 19 points along with eight rebounds and seven assists. Long is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 17 or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jalen Waller, who scored 21 points.
King's Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 12-13. As for The Living Water School, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. King's Christian Academy will take on Calverton at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Calverton is coming into the contest with five straight losses on the road, meaning King's Christian Academy will have to defend against a squad hungry for a victory. As for The Living Water School, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Barrie at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
