After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Catalina Foothills, Cienega was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Verrado Vipers with a sharp 6-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Bobcats, who have now won 11 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Cienega's victory was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was JAKE RIESGO, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

Cienega's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-9. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for Verrado, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-9-1.

Cienega has already played their next game, a 5-0 win against Catalina Foothills on the 12th. Verrado does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
