Mentorship Academy will challenge North Central on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Mentorship Academy had to hit the road for their first game, and unfortunately the road hit them back. They were completely outmatched, falling 0-66 to Ascension Catholic. Mentorship Academy were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-54.
North Central also just played their first game, also were on the road, and also didn't get the result they wanted. They took a serious blow against Gueydan last week, falling 6-58.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the win. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contest, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
