On Thursday, while it was The Ketcham Indians who put the first points on the board, it was the North Rockland Raiders who put up more. Ketcham fell 32-21 to North Rockland. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Ketcham in their matchups with North Rockland: they've now lost four in a row.
It was another big night for Gamie Sauveur, who rushed for 119 yards and three touchdowns. North Rockland also got help from Ethan Farrar who showed off his sure hands for 99 receiving yards.
Ketcham's defeat was their fourth straight at home , which bumped their record down to 2-7. Admittedly, the team was facing some tough opposition over that stretch, including 10-0 Arlington and 7-3 John Jay (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 73.9% over those games). As for North Rockland, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.
Ketcham does not have any more games scheduled as of now. North Rockland also has no future games currently scheduled.
